More than 30 years ago Lincoln’s Medical Officer of Health C.J. Coleman had a serious seizure which necessitated him giving up the work. He continued to live in Lincoln for some years and at times gave locum help to the City Health Authorities but eventually he moved to Northallerton in the North Riding of Yorkshire, and there he has died, at the age of 82...(.. and on)
